본 스토리는 동화책을 읽고 저의 영어로 스토리를 재구성한 샘플입니다. 이제 본 스토리를 본인의 영어로 다시 쓰시고 머리속에 요약해서 영어로 말해보기 연습을 하시면 됩니다. 다다익선 반복을 많이 할수록 더 유창해지겠죠^^ 

 

Once upon a time there lived a princess. One day she went into the wood with her favorite toy, the golden ball. She liked to toss the ball into the air and catch it again. She made a mistake to receive the ball and the golden ball fell into the spring in the mountain. She looked into the spring but she couldn’t even see the bottom. When she was crying a frog came out of the pond. The frog asked her “Why are you crying?” She said “I lost my favorite golden ball. It went into the spring” The frog asked her again “What can you give me if I bring it back to you?” Princess said “I will give you anything you want.” “Ok then, would you give me the chance to eat your meal on the same plate and to sleep with you on your bed 3 night?” Princess answered yes. In a while, the frog came out with the golden ball and gave it to her. She was so happy and went to the palace. In the evening, when she was about to eat dinner with her dad, the King somebody knocked the door. It was nobody but the frog. Princess was embarrassed to see the frog. The frog said to princess “Would you keep the promise to have meals and sleep for 3 nights together?” The puzzled King asked her if she had promised with the frog. She told her dad what happened the other day. The king said to her “You have to keep promise.” And the frog ate dinner with princess and slept with princess for 3 nights. On the third day when princess woke up in the morning she found a handsome man was sleeping with her. He was a prince but a fairy had changed him into a frog. The only way to break the spell was to sleep with a princess for 3 nights. He asked her to marry him and to come to his kingdom with him. A huge coach pulled with 4 white horses came to the palace. They left together and lived happily for many years.
